If you MUST need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you may have to be rescheduled and charged a cancellation fee. No-call No-show’s will be charged 100% of the service fee. - REFUND POLICY - I TAKE PRIDE IN AND GUARANTEE MY WORK.
